Exchange Policy
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH AN EXCHANGE?
Email store@botf.com.sg with the following:
(a) Order number
(b) Product exchange information of new model and/or size required
Our team will be in touch within 1 - 3 working days to ensure you get your preferred product!
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
All products must be returned within the usual 7 days from day of receiving the parcel. Products are eligible for a one time exchange and must not be worn, altered, or washed. Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN EXCHANGE?
Exchanges are free of charge.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition. Simply get in touch with the team at store@botf.com.sg and we will assist accordingly.
CAN I EXCHANGE/REFUND ON A SALE ITEM?
Items sold at discounted prices are final, i.e. they are non-exchangeable and/or refundable.
